Strategic Plan including a prospective plan and a financial planning has been the highlight of this competency or program. The traditional model of Adventist church management was examined and alternative models were reviewed which can be used to make the church more dynamic in its mission and vision. I’ve acquired, through this competency the value of a well-established corporate Strategic Management in Corporate Finance. Much too often, corporate skills are devalued or shunned altogether, good management and financing can be useful to the church. .
Technics in investment and the ability to negotiate skilfully the market was intimidating and shunned. I plan to use the skill learned to access funds and grants that can be used to help the vulnerable population that I serve
