Since Disaster Response is another arm of the Adventist Community Service of the NAD, my ministry has now seeking a relationship with VOAD and FEMA to manage with our sister conferences the management of the warehouses in time of disaster.
In addition the DR Ministry of the Northeasern Conference may continue along side of other agencies such as the American Red Cross and the Salvation Army, attend to the needs of the population in time of crisis and present to them a fresh non-judgemental look at the gospel of Jesus Christ through compassion and mutual respect in time of need.
